Ox-Men Tool Co. was founded in 2005 by Les, a 30+ year career carpenter. Les was an innovator, who had a fine appreciation for quality tools and equipment. His mission was to make the lives of working men and women more enjoyable and efficient while reducing wear and tear on the body. Les began manufacturing Shoulder padding solutions and shipping them to workers world wide. Les solely operated Ox-Men Tool Co. with the help of some of his family up until his passing in April of 2020. Ox-Men Tool Co. continues to be a family owned and operated business that puts the same great emphasis on the quality products and customer care that Les provided over the years.
