Shipping

All Orders

Orders typically ship from our facility within 3-5 business days, depending on order and quantities. Larger orders may require additional processing time. Contact us with any questions.
Expedited shipping may be available on eligible orders. Contact us prior to placing your order to see if your order qualifies.
Tracking information will be sent via e-mail at the time shipping labels is created.
Please confirm shipping address is correct, especially when using company credit cards.

USA (contiguous)

UPS is our primary carrier. USPS is mainly used for 1-3 Pad or Small Item Orders. If you require or prefer a different carrier, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Foreign

For order quantities over 2 pieces, please request a shipping quote prior to placing your order. For orders placed online, over 2 pieces you will receive an invoice for shipping adjustment.
Purchaser assumes liability for any/all local fees, taxes, and duties in home country.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product or have changed your mind once you've received your item let us help you make the return process a breeze. Return policy is as follows:

Returns accepted on new, unused items that do not show signs of use or wear.
Return must be post marked within 14 days from the original date of delivery.
Original shipping cost is non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Buyer covers the cost of return shipping.
If you are returning an item over $50 we would advise you to purchase package insurance as we are not responsible for packages lost, damaged or destroyed in return shipping.
Refunds will be processed once the return has been received and reviewed. You will receive your refund within 7 days to your original form of payment.
Return your order to the return address listed on your receipt.
